Should I print the government copy of the corporation tax return by selecting individual forms/pages for printing from the tax return screen?
No, CRA has been receiving Bar code returns (BCR) that are ineligible to be scanned and processed successfully. This situation may occur when printing the government copy of the corporation tax return by selecting individual forms/pages for printing from the Tax return screen.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you always use the Production printing icon (Ctrl+P) in order to print the government copy (e.g. Federal CRA, Quebec RQ)
to be mailed. You can also print from the client list (File -> Print -> Tax return).
